George has extensive experience in assisting clients in relation to business structuring, family superannuation funds, proactive retirement planning, tax planning and estate planning. He also has specific experience in assisting clients in relation to the building industry including income tax and GST applicable to residential building projects which have been built for sale, partitioning or investment purposes. George is also able to advise small business clients about cash flow management, gross profit margins, sales and profitability improvement, with specific experience within the panel beating, real estate and building industries.

George is a proactive parishioner at St Raphael’s Church and a member of the Finance Committee and long-time member of the Connells Point Rovers Football Club.

Qualifications: B.Bus., FCA, Registered Tax Agent, Registered Company Auditor, Registered SMSF Auditor, External Examiner approved by the Law Society of NSW.

Andy has worked in Public Practice assisting small to medium sized business clients since 1998, commencing as an undergraduate. He has gained experience across an array of industries, and has a particular interest in Tax Structuring, Business Advisory, Superannuation and Estate Planning.

Andy has the ability to cut through the data to gain an insight into your business operations and ask the right questions to challenge clients and assess their motivation. Andy understands that business and financial motivation is closely linked with personal goals, and challenges clients to work toward the point where these goals align.

Tony joined CBC Proactive in 2003 and has over 14 years’ experience in Public Practice. Tony is solutions orientated and enjoys working one-on-one with individuals and small business clients to provide proactive and focused advice. Experienced in helping small to medium sized business clients increase cash-flow, maximise profits and improve how they manage their accounts, in particular by implementing Cloud accounting solutions.

Tony keeps fit going to the Gym and riding his mountain bike. He has a Black Belt 1 Dan in Taekwondo.

Justine has enjoyed helping many clients at CBC over the last 8 years with their needs in such areas as tax residency, Cloud accounting software and tax planning. Justine likes helping her clients work smarter, not harder. Justine is an avid baker, regularly bringing her sweet creations to the office to share. Justine also enjoys participating in fun runs and playing competition soccer.
